Ashiatsu Massage in Westminster, CO

Ashiatsu is a therapeutic massage technique in which the practitioner uses the feet to deliver broad, controlled pressure. Because the contact surface is larger than an elbow or thumb, Ashiatsu can feel deep without the sharp, poking sensation some people associate with traditional deep-tissue work. Sessions at Desert Mountain are adjusted to your comfort, mobility and areas of tension.

What to expect

Your appointment starts with a review of your goals, relevant history and current needs. Recommendations are adjusted when needed instead of forcing every client into the same protocol.
